TBO Tek Plans to Raise ₹400 Crore and Awfis Space to Raise 160 Crore

Awfis IPO’s fresh issue is 160 crore, and the offer-for-sale is 10.02 million equity shares.

TBO Tek Limited and Awfis Space Solutions are planning their IPOs. Recently, market regulator SEBI approved both IPOs, which has made both companies the subject of headlines. 

TBO Tek IPO is a mixture of fresh issue and offer for sale. The fresh issue of Rs 400 crores and OFS is of 1.56 crore equity share by its promoters and investors.

TBO Tek is the leading travel distribution platform. TBO’s technology enables travels buyers and suppliers to come together and seamlessly create joyful experiences. According to the data in TBO’s website, the company has 147,000 travel buyers and 21 offices across India. 

The book-running lead managers of this issue are Axis Capital, Goldman Sachs India, JM Financial, and Jefferies India. The registrar for this issue is Kfin Technologies.

Awfis Space Solutions IPO

Awfis IPO’s fresh issue is 160 crore, and the offer-for-sale is 10.02 million equity shares. The OFS consists of shares up to 5,011,586 from PeakXV Partners Investment V, 4,936,412 shares by Bisque Limited, 75,174 shares by Link Investment Trust.

Awfis Space Solutions is India’s largest flexible workspace solution provider. With a presence in 16 cities across India, Awfis holds the top position among benchmark players in an inflexible workspace environment. Currently, the company operates 136 centres with 81,433 seats. Awfis Space Solution is a market leader in scale and reach. 

The net proceeds from this IPO issue will be used to fund Awfis's working capital requirements and meet the capital expenditures for establishing new centres. 

The book-running lead managers of Awfis IPO issue are ICICI Securities Limited, Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Securities, and Emkay Global Financial Limited.
