SOM DISTILLERIES & BREWERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/09/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting in furtherance of intimation given yesterday, please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 5th day of September, 2020 at 3:30 P.M. at the corporate Office of the Company at 23, Zone II, M.P. Nagar Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462011 inter- alia to transact the following business: To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020, at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day; To consider fixation of date, time & venue of 27th AGM and approve the final notice of Annual General Meeting; To increase in authorised share capital and consequent alteration in clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company To consider sub-division of increased share capital of the Company Any other matter with the approval of the Chairman.

SOM DISTILLERIES & BREWERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/09/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve inter- alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020, at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day and such other matter with the approval of the Chairman. Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company was closed from the opening of business hours on July 1, 2020 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on Monday, 7th day of September, 2020, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
