 On a consolidated basis the net sales of the company were at Rs. 459.89 crores in the FY 19-20 as compared to Rs.393.27 crores in the FY 18-19 reflecting a growth of 17%. The EBIDTA of the company on a consolidated basis was Rs. 47.93 crores in FY 19-20 as compared to Rs.52.79 crores in the FY 18-19. Similarly, the PAT of the company on a consolidated basis was Rs. 15.10 crores in FY 19-20 as compared to Rs. 19.62 crores in the FY 18-19. The sales and the margins were impacted for the FY 19-20 were impacted by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The operations of the company were severely impacted since early March due to the outbreak of the COVID -19 pandemic and unfortunately right at the start of the season for beer for the FY 20-21.
