This is in reference to Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulations 2015, which requires every listed entity to submit to the Stock Exchanges "Disclosures of Related Party Transactions" . However, as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions are not applicable to the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.
