Approved re-appointment of Mr. Ajay S Mittal (DIN 00226355), as Chairman & Managing Director ('CMD') of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. 20th April 2024 till 19th April 2029, subject to the approval of the shareholders, based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee. 2.
