Benares Hotels Board recommends dividend
Benares Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 100% or Rs 10.00 per share on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each (Previous Year Dividend @ 85%). The dividend will amount to Rs 130.00 Lacs. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company will be paid out of the provision for dividend.06-06-2007
