 Pursuant to para B - Part A of the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended and as per the Company's Policy for determination of materiality of events/information to be disclosed to Stock Exchange, please be informed that the Company has closed its HomeStop store located at Vashi, Navi Mumbai due to lower than expected business and its low profitability. The sales from this store for the last financial year 2018-19 was Rs.8.9 Crores constituting 0.2% of the turnover of the Company as on March 31, 2019. With the closure of this store, the Company has now 11 'HomeStop' stores under its operations.
