 PRESS RELEASE on Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter / Nine months ended December 31, 2019. -Our Consolidated sales for the current year for 9 (nine) months ended December, 2019 stood at Rs.365.04 cr. up from Rs.280.11 cr. for the same period last year reflecting a growth of 30.32%. Our sales were up despite weak demand and off season. -Our consolidated EBIDTA on net sales stood at Rs.48.10 cr. which was higher by 8.1% as compared to the same period last year. -Our consolidated EBIDTA was at 13.18% which was lower due to higher input costs. -The consolidated PAT for the 9 months ending December 2019 stood at Rs.19.99 cr. -Standalone sales of the Company stood at Rs.257.63 cr. for the current year for 9 (nine) months ended December 2019 as against Rs.236.66 cr., for the same period last year; a growth of close to 9%. -Our standalone EBDITA was Rs.37.90 cr. at a margin of 14.71% and PAT was at Rs.20.13 Cr.
