 We wish to inform the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e., 20/01/2020, Monday, at Bengaluru. Pursuant to Reg.33 of the said Regulations, we enclose the following: i. Statement of Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of our Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31/12/2019, which are prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standards (lnd AS), duly signed by the Managing Director (Annexure-1). ii.Limited Review Report for the said period issued by M/s. Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company (Annexure-2). The above results, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee, has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at the above meeting. Other details are given in the attached file.

 CAN FIN HOMES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/01/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to bring to your kind notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 20, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2019. At the said meeting the proposal will be placed for re-validation of the authorisations given by the Board for issuing (NCDs) upto an amount of Rs.6000 Crore, on private placement basis, in one or more tranches. This is a requirement under 'Housing Finance Companies Issuance of Non-convertible Debentures on private placement basis (NHB) Directions, 2014'. Further, the trading window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from December 31, 2019 to January 22, 2020 (both days inclusive). The said information for the financial year 2019-20 is already made available on the website of the Company. This intimation is pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015.

Further, Mr. Girish Kousgi met Mr. Pranav Gokhale, Mr. Nitin Gosar and Mr. Dhimant Kothari, Fund Managers (Equity) of Invesco Mutual Fund, in Mumbai, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon today. The subject matter of discussions were mainly on Q2 FY20 results, impact of IND-AS accounting system, performance, asset quality, industry outlook, growth prospects, Capital adequacy, leverage ratio etc., which are covered in detail in the ''Investor Presentation'' and press release already submitted to the stock exchange(s), post Q2 FY20 results.
