 We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on March 12, 2019, Tuesday, have appointed Shri Debashish Mukherjee as an Additional Director (Non-executive Promoter) on the Board of the Company. Brief profile of the Director is attached. Shri Debashish Mukherjee is an Executive Director in Canara Bank (Promoter). He is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of SEBI Order or any other such authority. The term of the current CEO is ending shortly. The Board has advised the Company to go ahead with the recruitment of a CEO from the market. The meeting of Board of Directors was commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 12:30 p.m. This intimation is given pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
