We hereby inform that ICRA has revised the rating and outlook for the instruments viz., Bank Facilities - Long-Term, Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) Program and Sub-ordinate Debt Programme from '[ICRA]AAA (Negative)' to '[ICRA]AA+ (Stable)'. The ratings for the instruments viz., Bank Facilities - Short Term and Commercial Papers the ratings are reaffirmed as `[ICRA]A1+'. Fixed Deposits rating is also reaffirmed as `MAAA(Stable)'. The outlook for the same was Negative earlier. The reason for revision in ratings is due to the downgrade in credit ratings of the Company's principal shareholder (Promoter) viz.
