Income Tax Department has carried out search under section 132 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 at the registered office and at manufactured units of the company along with at the premises of a few associates, on 4th and 5th December 2017. The Company has fully complied with the proceedings during the search and will be doing so further during the future proceedings. There is no material incident / findings require mandatory reporting in this regard.07-12-2017
