Somany Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2016 have approved increase in investment in paid up share capital of Vintage Tiles Private Limited to 50% (from 26%) and further to expand its current capacity from 2.99 MSM per annum to 4.80 MSM per annum for Polished Vitrified Tiles (Double Charge).28-07-2016
