With reference to the earlier letter dated August 17, 2015 regarding acquisition of Jojobera and Sonadih cement plants from Lafarge India Private Limited (LIPL), Birla Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that LIPL has since informed their inability to proceed with the agreement.
