The Company has subscribed to the Rights Issue offer of Lynks Logistics Limited and has acquired 3,00,00,000 shares of Rs.1/- each on 20.3.2017. This acquisition is in addition to 19,00,000 shares of Rs.1/- each subscribed at the time of incorporation of the Company in December 2015.
