Allotment of Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan (ASOP)
Intellect Design Arena Ltd has informed BSE that the Directors of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated June 09, 2015 has approved, the allotment of 34,700 shares to Nine (9) associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and the allotment of 53,550 shares to Eleven (20) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme and approved for transfer of 10,200 shares under ASOP 2004 scheme to Four (4) associates, vide Circular Resolution.09-06-2015
