Closure of Trading Window
Fiberweb India Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing with the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors and other Employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of October 23, 2015 to the closure of business hours of November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive)....24-10-2015
