FiberWeb India Board to consider equity share allotment
FiberWeb India is set to consider the allotment of equity shares, on the conversion of convertible equity warrants of face value of Rs. 10 each - in a meeting on March 29th. The issue price being considered is Rs. 181 per share. These shares would be issued on a preferential basis to a group of non-promoter, strategic investors. Outcome of Board Meeting
The Board has decided and approved the allotment of 1800000 convertible equity warrants of face value of Rs.10/- each on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 181/- (including premium amount of Rs.171/- per Convertible Equity Warrants) to group of Strategic Investors, not forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company in accordance with chapter VII the provisions of Companies Act & as per SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2009. At the company EGM on Feb 18, Fiberweb shareholders approved the issue of 18,00,000 (18 lakh) convertible equity warrants on preferential basis to strategic investors not forming part of the promoter group of the company. The equity warrants of face value of Rs. 10/- each are offered at an issue price of Rs. 181. Fiberweb stock hit a new 52 week high over the past week.
