Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), a summary of the proceedings of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Saturday, 21st September, 2019 at 'Kala Kunj', 48 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 700017 is enclosed for your record. All Resolutions for approval at the 33rd AGM, as set out in the Notice dated 26th July, 2019 were proposed and put to vote by Ballot at the AGM venue as well, except Resolution No. 2 which was withdrawn consequent upon resignation of Mr. Prashant Jhawar as director of the Company effective 13th September, 2019. The voting results, in the prescribed format in terms of Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations will be submitted subsequent to the Scrutiniser providing the voting result.21-09-2019
