 The Company had issued External Commercial Borrowing Bonds of USD 250,000,000 5.75% senior notes 2024 (ECB Bonds) on October 30, 2014, which are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The Company has commenced a tender offer inviting the holders of the ECB Bonds (Bond Holders) to offer to sell for cash to the Company the ECB Bonds held by such Bond Holders, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the tender offer memorandum dated May 31, 2023, issued by the Company (Offer). The ECB Bonds that have not been validly tendered and accepted for purchase by the Company pursuant to the Offer, will remain outstanding. Moody's upgrades rating outlook on Tata Motors to positive from stable

 Moody's Investors Service on Friday said it has upgraded its rating outlook on Tata Motors to positive from stable. Moody's has also affirmed the company's B1 corporate family rating (CFR) and its B1 senior unsecured ratings. "The rating affirmation and outlook change to positive reflect our expectation that the substantial improvement in Tata Motor's credit profile over the past few quarters will sustain over the next 12-18 months," Moody's Senior Vice President Kaustubh Chaubal said in a statement. Steadily growing volumes and profitability will support the company's earnings and free cash flow expansion, enabling debt reduction even as its capital expenditure stays elevated, he added. Tata Motors is pursuing a net-zero automotive debt target by March 2025. Moody's said it estimates that the auto major will reduce its gross debt by almost 40 per cent by March 2024 from March 2022 levels, having already reduced debt by a quarter at March-end 2023. Domestic PV sales expected to stay strong this fiscal: Tata Motors

 Domestic passenger vehicles sales, specially those of SUVs, are expected to remain strong this fiscal despite the pent-up demand and low inventory which drove up sales in the past are no longer there, according to Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd. Managing Director Shailesh Chandra. The company, which sold around 50,000 units of electric passenger vehicles last year, is targeting to reach 1 lakh units this fiscal while it also targets deeper penetration of CNG with the launch of its Altroz iCNG premium hatchback. "So far the indicators are good in terms of demand sustaining at high levels, although the additional moves that we were getting from pent-up demand and low channel inventory that have subdued," Chandra told PTI here. He was responding to a query on the outlook of passenger vehicles sales in India in 2023-24.
