We had, vide our letter dated 17th January, 2020, made a disclosure regarding divestment of stake in healthcare insights and analytics business, held by the Company directly and through its wholly owned subsidiaries including PEL-DRG Dutch Holdco BV, to Clarivate Analytics Plc and its affiliates for an aggregate consideration of USD 950 million (US Dollar Nine Hundred and Fifty Million only) ('Transaction'). We wish to now inform you that the Transaction has closed on 28th February, 2020 ('Closing') and that the Company has received the consideration amount of USD 900 million pursuant to the Closing. The remaining USD 50 million would be received at the end of 12 months from the Closing as per the agreed terms. This is for your information and records.02-03-2020
