Antarctica Ltd has informed BSE that following the requisite approval of the shareholders obtained at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2005, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2005, inter alia, to consider, splitting of face value of each equity shares of the Company of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
