Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, we would inform you that the Income Tax authorities have on 25th and 26th January 2019 carried out search operation under section 132 of the IT Act, at the premises of the company. The company is in the process of collating and responding to all the queries raised and explanations sought by the I.T. authorities.
