Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed Record Date as April 02, 2014 for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the Bonus Shares to be allotted to the existing equity shares of the Company in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. every one fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 5/- each one fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 5/- each as Bonus Shares which has been approved by the Shareholders of the Company in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 22, 2014.25-03-2014
