Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2017, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.20 per Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up (i.e. 110%) for the year ended March 31, 2017, subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting. Kindly note that Ammonia-IV Plant of GSFC shall be under annual planned shutdown from 16-05-2017 to 13-06-2017. As a result of this, the production of Urea Plants shall also stand reduced. This planned shutdown basically would take care of all the jobs related to System cleaning, Preventive maintenance and statutory testing. The said plant would come back into the mainstream from 14th June, 2017. There will be no major impact on production due to the said shutdown.
