The Exchange has been seeking various clarifications from Brightcom Group Limited (''Company'') and for few non-compliances, Exchange has imposed fine and taken action as per the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 (Erstwhile SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD/CIR/P/2020/12 dated January 22, 2020-SOP circular), the details for the same is enclosed.
