Orient Green Power Company Limited (OGPL), which is part of Shriram Group and a renewable energy-based power generation company, to sell its bulk of Biomass Operations to its Promoter Company - Shriram Ventures Ltd (SVL Ltd) or its subsidiaries. Enterprise Value of the sale estimated at around Rs 275 crore.
