The Board of Directors at their meeting held today noted/approved the following: 1. Mr. Suresh Jayaraman, has resigned as Managing Director & CEO of the Company w.e.f. February 01, 2021 and he will continue as Non-executive Director of the Company thereafter. 2. Mr. Jayesh Shah, has resigned as Non-executive Director of the Company w.e.f. November 12, 2020. 3. On recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. November 12, 2020 has appointed Mr. Shailesh Chaturvedi, as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of five (5) years commencing from February 01, 2021, subject to approval of members in the ensuing general meeting.
