Dear Sir/Madam, In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform that the Company has entered into Leave and License Agreement dated 12th December, 2020 for the period of 24 months with effect from 01st January, 2021 in respect to premises situated Gat no 411, Plot no 41, Industrial area, Urawade 412108 situated within the limits of Tehsil Mulshi,Dist Pune. The said property is admeasuring of built up area of 980.10 sq mtr will be utilised as on additional manufacturing facility. The company have acquired all the installed production machines in the said facility and will be commencing the manufacturing operations with effect from 01st January, 2021.12-12-2020
