KEI Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 05, 2012, has decided to withdraw KEI Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 (KEI ESOS 2006). In view of the above, no further Stock Option will be granted under KEI ESOS 2006.As on date, there is no Stock Option due/ pending for exercise by the eligible employee(s).05-05-2012
