In terms of Regulation 42, 44 and other applicable regulation(s) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on February 7, 2020, had declared an interim dividend @ 11.80% (Rs 1.18 per equity share excluding dividend distribution tax) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company which was paid in March, 2020. Further, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 27, 2020 had recommended a final dividend @ 3.20% (Re. 0.32 per equity share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2019-20. The Company has fixed Friday, September 18, 2020 as 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend, if declared at the AGM. The members, whose name appear in the Register of Members/list of Beneficial Owners as on Record Date will be entitled to receive final dividend.
