Further to our letter dated 31st March, 2017 Re. Outcome of the Board Meeting dated 31st March, 2017 regarding appointment of Mr. Lailt Khetan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f 1st April, 2017, we would like to clarify that Mr. Prabir Ghosh, the Whole Time Director & CFO will continue to act as a Whole Time Director of the company.
