 Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in light of heightened concern on spread of Corona Virus (COVID-19) and in line with the direction of the Government of India/State Government /Local Administration, the operations of manufacturing units of the Company situated at Rewa (Madhya Pradesh) have been temporarily suspended from 23rd March, 2020. The suspension period of all operations at this location will depend upon the government guidelines/directives in this regard and the production at the above units will resume as conditions permit. The expected financial impact of the above is not ascertainable at this stage.
