The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today has, inter alia, approved payment of first interim dividend of Re. 1 (Rupee One only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each for the financial year 2019-20. The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before March 31, 2020 to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the Registrar of Members of the Company or in the record of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday , March 24, 2020 which is the Record Date fixed for this purpose.
