Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Vitakula Srinivas (DIN: 08050605) has resigned from the Office of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 18.10.2021, owing to his pre occupations & other commitments. Further, details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR: i. Detailed reasons for the resignation of independent directors as given by the said director - As per the Resignation letter dated October 18, 2021 received from Mr. Vitakula Srinivas, the said resignation was on account of pre occupations & other commitments. ii.
