The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 28th January, 2019 have, inter-alia, considered and approved: 1. the re-appointment of Mr. Subhas Chandra Agarwalla as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 1st April, 2019. 2. the re-appointment of Mr. Subodh Agarwalla as the Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st April, 2019. Both the above re-appointments are subject to approval of shareholders. The Board Meeting commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 3:25 P.M.
