With reference to a news item appearing in a leading daily titled 'Tata Honeywell forms JVs' Tata Honeywell Ltd has clarified that the said news item is misleading and erroneous. The company has no intention of forming any JVs. The strategic alliance, which is stated to be formed with a Tata Group Company is still under discussion and has not been formed as yet. These alliances are required for the company's business and are in the nature of day-to-day business activities.
