 In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE Limited vide its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01 /2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and Pursuant to the Clause 4 of Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ("PIT Regulations") (as amended), the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect i.e., from 1st January, 2021 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine year ended 31st December, 2020.
