This is to inform that basis recommendations from Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, unanimously approved/adopted the Revised Code of Fair Disclosure, Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Legitimate Purpose Policy ('Code') in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, effective November 1 2021.
