We would like to bring to your kind notice that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27th October 2021, has allotted 6,400 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 2/- per share to the eligible employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2007. Pursuant to this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will stand increased to Rs. 152,90,67,648 /- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Two Crores Ninety Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand and Six Hundred and Forty Eight only) consisting of 76,45,33,824 Nos.
