This is to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2020, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Shoppers Stop Limited's Insider Trading Code ('the Code'), to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons. The Trading window shall remain closed until 2 days after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2020. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
