 SOM DISTILLERIES & BREWERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020, at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day and such other matter with the approval of the Chairman. Further, in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company was closed from the opening of business hours on January 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on Friday, 12th Day of February, 2021 i.e., 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
