 Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 03, 2021, inter- alia, to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021, at the recommendation of the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day;2. To consider and approve final dividend, if any, for the FY 2020-21 to the equity shareholders.3. To consider fixation of date, time & venue of 28 AGM and approve the final notice of Annual General Meeting;Further, in accordanee with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company was closed from the opening of business hours on April 01, 2021 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on June 05, 2021, that is 48 hours after the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
