Nagar Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462011 inter- alia to transact the following business: Further in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company is closed from immediate effect i.e. Tuesday, 15th November, 2022 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on Sunday, 20th day of November, 2022 i.e., 48 hours after the outcome of the above mentioned businesses are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
