Birla 3M Board approves sale of Electro & Telecom business
Birla 3M Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 29, 2003 has approved the sale of Electro & Telecom business to Pouyet Communications India (P) Ltd. subject to approval of the shareholders. Birla 3M Q3 net up by 4.43%
Birla 3M has posted a net profit of Rs 35.08 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2001 as compared to Rs 33.59 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2000. Total Income has increased from Rs 555.65 million in SQ-2000 to Rs 575.54 million in the quarter ended September 30, 2001.
