We refer to our letter dated November 3, 2018 wherein we had informed that the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to sell its entire stake in its subsidiary namely ''KEC Bikaner Sikar Transmission Private Limited'' to'' Adani Transmission Limited'', subject to regulatory and other approvals. We also refer to our letter dated December 31, 2018 wherein we had informed that the expected date of completion of sale /disposal would be January 31, 2019 ("Long Stop Date"). In this regard it is informed that both the parties have mutually agreed to further extend the Long Stop Date to February 15,2019.31-01-2019
