 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and Company's Insider Trading Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Person and their immediate relatives has been closed since April 1, 2020. The trading window was supposed to open after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting approving the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year March 31, 2020. The Board has approved the aforesaid audited results in the evening on July 28, 2020. Furthermore, in view of requirement of declaration of unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 by August 14, 2020 or extended date, if any, it has been decided that trading window will remain closed and will open only after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting approving the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.
