Administrative Committee Meeting on Jan 02, 2016

 Somany Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Company Administrative Committee (CAC) of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve issuance of Commercial Paper (CP) up to an aggregate amount of Rs. 25 crores. The CP to be issued shall be carved out from the existing fund based working capital credit limits being presently availed by the Company with an objective to reduce cost of borrowings.
