With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Book Closure for Dividend, Mangalam Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 23, 2010 to July 30, 2010 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and also for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2010.18-06-2010

Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 12, 2010 for examining the merger of Mangalam Timber Products Ltd. (MTPL) with the Company, the Board has sought more details/information from MTPL for examining the matter.12-05-2010
