Mangalam Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has stopped operation of its Kiln-I from May 06, 2013, to upgrade its clinker manufacturing capacity by 0.50 mtpa. All the necessary efforts are being made to complete the project as per schedule and is expected to commence production by the end of 2nd quarter of FY 2013-14, subject to any unforeseen circumstances.However, with sufficient clinker stock, the cement grinding and despatches would remain normal.
